2. Backflow Test Is Performed: Water will be temporarily shut off while the backflow preventer is tested. (If the test fails, corrective maintenance and a second test may be required) If the backflow preventer is accessible you are not required to be present. Most are behind commercial buildings or in front of your home. 
3. Payment/Receipt: Your preferred payment method is submitted. (Cash, Zelle, Check, CashApp or Card) You may pay over the phone or by payment link if needed.
4. Reporting: Your water authority will receive a copy of the backflow test report.
